Process :
Once your order completed, I’ll send you a form to fill out with some details about you and your business.
Once filled, you send it back to me via email.
Then, I’ll create your Insta Branding and send it over to you between 3-5 business days as a PDF file.
If you want any tweaks, it’s possible up to 2 modifications
All communications happen via email, so everything stays in one place for easy follow up.

For the Feed Preview, do you create real posts for me ?
No, I will use color blocks and photos that matches your vibe to show you how it can look. If you want me to create posts templates (for your carousels, reels,simple posts) you can grab the Canva templates product on the shop ;)
What if I don’t like the result ?
No worries—I want you to feel good about your branding!
You can request up to 2 rounds of modifications so we can tweak details and make sure they feel right for you.
If you still want changes after the 2 included rounds, no problem—we can add extra tweaks for an additional fee.
Can I get a refund ?
Unfortunately, once I start working on your branding, I can’t offer refunds.
